What does Last Chance do?

Last Chance is a non-profit organization that rescues and cares for abandoned pets and then places them in good homes. We operate mainly in the Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia area. If you would like to contact us please e-mail us.

All of the dogs and cats that we offer for adoption have been spayed/neutered, heartworm /feline leukemia AIDS tested, are current on all of their shots, de-wormed, de-fleaed, and unless otherwise noted they are crate trained.

So you want to adopt a dog?

Great! My very best suggestion is to contact your local animal control and see what they have available! They usually have an incredible selection of dogs and usually they come already spayed and neutered and sometimes even housetrained!!

So you want to adopt a cat?
